Restricted Destinations

Due to postal regulations and logistical constraints, shipping is unavailable to the following destinations: Afghanistan, Eritrea, Iran, Israel, Kuwait, Lebanon, North Korea, Palestine, Russia, Seychelles, Ukraine, and Yemen.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may incur customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping rates at checkout and remain the sole responsibility of the buyer. Contact your local customs office for estimated costs prior to ordering.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, package handling and delivery times are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft occurring after an item has been shipped. However, if your package is lost or severely delayed, please contact us at aepple@aepplefruit.com so we can assist you in contacting the carrier.
