ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Lucky scoop orders and other items will take 6-11 business days to process. If you also ordered a packing video, it will take an extra 3-6 business days to process and the video will be posted within that time frame.

If I need to confirm your address or ask for more groups the processing times will differ depending on when you respond.

ORDER CHANGES

You have 15 hours to cancel or change anything about your order (ex: add more items)

After 15 hours, It will not be possible and I will go ahead and process your order!

Pre-orders are not available for cancellations.
