ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Lucky scoop orders and other items will take 6-11 business days to process. If you also ordered a packing video, it will take an extra 3-6 business days to process and the video will be posted within that time frame.

If I need to confirm your address or ask for more groups the processing times will differ depending on when you respond.

ORDER CHANGES

You have 15 hours to cancel or change anything about your order (ex: add more items)

After 15 hours, It will not be possible and I will go ahead and process your order!

Pre-orders are not available for cancellations.

Because of conflicts or USPS regulations we do not ship to Afghanistan, Eritrea, Iran, Kuwait, Lebanon, Seychelles, Russia, Ukraine, Yeman, Israel, Palestine, and North Korea.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES/TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the package arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We do not collect these fees at checkout, and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

RETURNS AND EXHCANGES

all sales are final, so refunds/returns/exchanges after the order is fulfilled cannot be accepted.
